Refund policy

You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your product. To be eligible, the product must be unused, with its lid unopened, and in its original packaging.

Contact Kabeela Living within the 2-day period with your order number and reason for the return. If the product arrived broken, please include photos of the product and packaging.

For an eligible return of an unopened product, the customer pays the return courier cost. If the product arrived broken, Kabeela Living will bear the return shipping cost. Please contact us for instructions before sending anything back.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.
