Kabeela Living does not accept returns if the product packaging has been tampered with, opened or if the products have been used. If however, the packaging is still intact and is in the same condition as it was when the customer has received the product, customer may contact us for a return customercare@kabeelaliving.com

Replacement
Replacement can be done under two circumstances:
- In case the customer has received damaged/defective/wrong product.
To replace any items, please inform at our email at customercare@kabeelaliving.com
Once the shipment gets delivered to the customer & they asked for replacement of unwanted or not interested or placed wrongly products so we will not do the replacement on such case
Shipping Charges
- In case of “Damaged / Defective / Wrong product received”: The Shipping expenses will be beard from our end. Note: The package will be picked up within 2-4 business days from customer’s end.
- Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- After the pickup, we can re-dispatch the product (it will take 5-6 business day for delivery) or can make the refund only
